provide your own space? That seems a novel concept to me. Where are you supposed to put said space when you bring it with you if not in the current space provided? Or is it some sort of quantum space that creates a tardis like effect in the room it is stored in, making it bigger on the inside than on the outside? I need to get me some of that space. Could be very useful.

No.

I'd quite like some kind of tardis-like tunnel inside my room...great space saver, PLUS you could throw your annoying flatmates in! Win!

Because they may require you to provide your own space, perhaps?

I do hope you were either drunk or joking at the time of writing.
Right, clearly some people dont understand......

Simple... do most rooms have a wardrobe? A yes / no answer will suffice perfectly.

yes

Though really that would be referred to as a container I guess, as opposed to space. Bringing your own one of these is only slightly less ridiculous than the idea of quantum space however... *Imagines 5000 students driving down the M5 with wardrobes tied to the roof of the family car*

Maybe you should have tried asking in English that made sense then. Also, I'm sure everyone understood the question you meant to ask but 1) the answer to said question was blindingly obvious (I hope) and 2) ask a stupid question and you'll get a stupid answer.

PS just in case you still can't work out the answer. 'Yes', all rooms will have a wardrobe/equivalent.
lol lol lol

I heard there isn't a bus from stoke bishop any more, how are all you people at SB gonna actually get anywhere?! :p: sorry if this has come up before but I only just heard about it from a mate at bristol
pretty much everyone that's applied to SB knows that there's no bus..
Reply 1291
Not sure if I could face that walk everyday, then I guess I'm a bit lazy
did you apply to SB?
Im sure this has probably been asked already 100 times, but when do we hear if we have got a place at our accommodation? Is it likely to be with the same letter (hopefully) confirming our place at Bristol?
Reply 1294
well..they say by the 31st of august
some have received theirs already despite having conditional offers
some with unconditionals still haven't heard
it's potluck really
Reply 1295
The letter confirming your place is from UCAS so no, your accommodation stuff won't be with it. I haven't heard yet either and I've got an unconditional.
I just got my accomodation offer through e-mail.
Got my 1st choice  (richmond terrace)

Just to update in this thread:
I got an email today offering me my second choice, 115 Queens Road. Was rather shocked at first but I'm cool with it now. My first choice was The Hawthorns.
did you both have unconditional offers?
[just asking because.. if so, i'll probably be waiting a few more days forethat, yeaah?]
