did you both have unconditional offers? [just asking because.. if so, i'll probably be waiting a few more days forethat, yeaah?]
I had an unconditional offer yeah.
abood
hmm..weird hawthorns was in the orange block right? i'm sorry...it's all clifton anyway, no biggie did you get anything from them saying that they couldn't offer you a place? or was it just an email from your second choice...
It was in the middle one, whatever colour that was lol. I just got the email offering me a place at Queens Road. My accommodation statement was fairly decent as well, I didn't mention any homicidal tendencies in it at any rate. I'm still thinking it's all a bit strange. Maybe it was because I put 'no preference' for mixed/single sex, who knows. I only put no preference because I didn't want to be rejected from my second choice... I hope it didn't cause my first choice rejection.
OK so I've posted a few times today about my accommodation but I've printed out various things like the acceptance form and some info they sent me about 115 Queens Road including a welcome from the Senior/Deputy Senior Residents and it's all so real now and I'm mega excited, so I thought I'd say... squeeeee!
me too! I'm gonna post my acceptance form later today.... I'm worried it'll get lost or something and i'll lose my place I guess i'll email them if I don't get a reply before the deadline just to be sure... lol I wish there were photos of the inside of the accomodation tho...

it said only send the acceptance slip back if you want to withdraw from your offer right?
:O lol, i'll go check that acceptance slip now then, lol
edit: no, it definitely says to return the acceptance slip by the 24th of august for mine....
'To accept your offer of accommodation you will need to sign and return by email, fax or post one copy of the Acceptance Form, and retain one copy for your records.
YOU MUST RESPOND TO THIS OFFER BY FRIDAY 24 AUGUST, OTHERWISE THE OFFER WILL BE WITHDRAWN, AND THE ROOM RE-OFFERED.
Please note this will be your only offer of accommodation.'
PS I only got an email, so had to print the acceptance form off myself... is that different to how other people have got their offers?

edit; i just went on clearing to see what courses that bristol have up there, and they only have audiology. How mad is that.. i thought they pretty much always had a few spaces on more courses than that..

I didn't think Bristol ever entered clearing. I assumed Audiology was up there just because it was NHS sponsored.
