Over the recent years, I for some reason, seems to have started to not liking the idea of giving my body enough rest by being in bed as long as a normal human should be.
As far as weekdays are concerned, I prefer to get my (not too flabby) bum out of the bed by 4am. After couple of hours of reading, I head for the local gym from 6.30am to 8am & then satisfying my rather rumbling stomach, I head for University by 9am till early evening. Once getting back home, as per the usual schedule, I end-up sitting beside my TV, while checking the tabloid Daily Mail out. After browsing bit of Internet followed by dinner, I hit the bed by 9.30, at the most & after around 6 hours of sleep, the routine continues.
However each Friday night, I prefer to keep myself awake whole night watching Westerns or reading some non-fictional books or by being online doing something that I could do without.
