How come it still feels like i'm not going out with him? 
one of the reasons might be cos you posted in another thread you still think your ex bf is THE ONE....
it might be becasue you have to initiate everything, and as a girl, you shouldnt have to.ie you have to kiss him. you have to hold his hand. you have to arrange the dates.
therefore you are the one deciding if you two are together or not.if you dindt do these things, then they'd never happen.
