If we're being completely honest here, the main reason people like you hate rah's is because they hate you first and its made you bitter. They're rich, stunning, dress well, speak well and yes, shallow as they are, they dont want to hang around with you because you're probably none of these.

In my experience, a lot of people who could be classified as "rah" tend to be as thick as pig excreta. This is in my lecture group, at least. But, y'know, I don't tend to hear a lot of intelligent stuff drop from their gobs. And there have been some memorably stupid things said in tutorials.

Ah, the guy who thought an extra neutron could alter the total wavefunction of a neutron star.....
