I think yeah it's the whole bit of land that Aidans is on, since it's on top of a hill. HOWEVER, when people say "I'm going up to Aidan's Hill" then they generally mean that big field behind the Oriental Studies building, just at the top of Aidan's Steps

Aidan's Hill has many uses:
Snowball fights during winter
Sledging during winter
Sunbathing during summer
Watching the sunset OR sunrise anytime of the year!
Football games on a slope!
