If a girl is not in a fit state to give consent (be it through alcohol or drugs) and you proceed to have sexual intercourse with her, that may often be seen as rape. If you get her drunk for the sole intention of having sex with her, that is rape.

I've seen it destroy a few people. All I can say is anyone that does that to someone is seriously messed up.
