Well, Michael Howard is the man to lead Britain into the next decade; he'll disestablish the Church and convert Britain into a Jewish state.

He's ENGLISH ! Born and bred in Matlock, Derbyshire - if I've used those spellings its either through trying to be politically correct (eg spokesperson), and through a typo.

Back on topic!

I do think that within the next 10-20 years there will hardly be any churches still in use considering that 90%+ of the current congrations are elderly and the fact that few of the younger generation are religious. What do you guys think?

I go to mass every week (I'm Catholic.)

I firmly believe that if more Catholic masses were like the one at my church (a University chaplain), more young people would go. The mass is really moving, we have a little band playing upbeat hymns (and the church bar at £1 a pint with regular activities such as bowling, bonfires, barn dances and quiz nights are brilliant too!)

I've seen the Pope, he does actually exist.

i´ve seen him too...i don´t think there should be a pope, what´s the point of him? to lead the catholic community? well, i have to say that most of the catholic leaders are a big disappointment.

All paedophiles are paedophiles, most priests aren't, same as most boy scouts leaders aren't, nor choir masters or vicars. Generalisations are misleading, most thinking people don't generalise.
