Film Studies - Terminology to describe the way in which a camera moves. watch

Hi, I really should know this already but can't remember, I'm doing an essay on Donnie Darko, and we have to choose 2 elements to focus on out of "cinematography, editing, mise-en-scene and sound".

What is the definition of cinematography? In the dictonary it gives it as "the art or science of motion-picture photography", but this seems out of context for the piece, I'm assuming it must mean the way in which the camera moves, such as panning etc.

Also, if anyone has the definitions of camera movement such as panning, etc, that would be much appreciated

    Thanks
