I'm thinking of putting on this as my first choice. I'll be based at the Strand campus.. any opinions or advice on this? Am I making the wrong choice?

I stayed at international hall about two months ago. It's clean, spacious enough (though not generous) and its got good facilities. Put it this way... i stayed over, and subsequently put it down as my first choice. Might see you there!....

Cool. What sort of facilities exactly cause I have never been there.. And roughly the size of the rooms? How many people do you have to share a bathroom with? And do you get internet access? And is it likely to get in if you put it as your first choice? So many questions ... You should never have admitted you stayed there hehe :p:

The facilities are endless, library, computer rooms etc. etc. You do get internet access in your room, so laptops aren't a problem, and the rooms are big enough to survive in (*thinks*, perhaps.... 40-45ft length, 20ft whidth, don't quote me on that though!)
Ah, the bathrooms are a bit of a downer really. You share it on the whole corridor, and i was told by someone 'i'd strongly advise you put some shoes on before you go to the bathroom'... the floor is normally SOAKED. Otherwise its fine.
