Feeling ill

I want sympathy.

I've had a headache the last couple of days and then i felt my asthma was coming on this morning but I thought that it was because I had loads of uni work and I was stressed it sometimes makes me like that.
Anyway so it should be better cos I've sorted my uni stuff but its worse, I've got a killer headache can't stop shivering keep going hot and cold, have back pain, and my legs feel like lead and are cramping and I have a hot water bottle on them. I feel really dehydrated but drinking makes me cough.
So I've either got flu or the black death I'm sat here trying to do the work for my seminar tomorrow wrapped in a blanket with a big jumper on and with my legs in a bucket of water feeling sorry for myself and cocodamol and throat sweets haven't worked :frown:
'couch cough , im sick'
'boooooooo you *****'

I wish I felt a bit better I don't know whether to give up on my reading and miss the seminar, give up on the reading and blag the seminar or stay up feeling **** and do the reading.

well, if you're going to be able to take it in, do the reading. If you're going to sit there thinking "ifeellikecrapifeellikecrapifeellikecrapifeellikecrapifeellikecrapifeellikecrap" it's really pointless trying to read ;_;

I'm trying to type my notes cos I'm the type that can't read their own handwriting and I'm shaking that much because I'm cold that I'm even having trouble typing this. I normally have a really fast typing speed but I keep making spelling mistakes. I hate missing anything though, I hate having a bad attendance record. I never don't turn up to things.

The first one. Worry about all that when you are well. Just concentrate on getting better at the moment because sleep will help you the most. It will help you for future reading and seminars etc because you will probly be feeling better by then. But if you push yourself while you are not well you will just prolong it :smile:

Dont worry, I do to. I have tonsillitis at the moment but I feel terrible about missing school :frown: But if you try and push yourself you just end up iller for longer. You should just spend a day in bed drinking lots of orange juice to get yourself back on track and raring to go :smile:

thing of it like this... what are you going to gain by attending? you'll make yourself more ill and if you're anything liek me you spend all the time concentrating on surviving the hour that you don't learn a thing... just go to bed with a lemsip and sleep. you're asthma alone should be helped by resting (i know mine gets worse when i'm tired)
