i have low blood pressure at times (i.e light headed when standing up etc). but now im starting to feel like that even whilst sittin down (and its lasting a bit longer than normal). think i should see a doc?

Hmmm, well hypotension always will be more pronounced when you stand, but light headedness when you are sat down is certainly a bad sign. Do you get really dizzy? Do you ever pass out? Do you ever find yourself on the floor and wonder how you got there? Do you feel sick, or excessively full after a meal? Do you zone in and out of conversations/sometimes lose awareness of what you are doing/saying etc? Hows the waterworks? Do you drink much water? Do you urinate very often? Is your urine quite dark and concentrated all the time, or is it normally straw coloured/lighter?

Either way, i think its quite important you go see the doctor about this. lots of people feel dizzy when standing up, but if its when you feel it constantly you especially need to get checked up.
Make sure you drink lots of water, and go see the docs asap.

annnything that makes you feel odd and dizzy quite regularly has got to be doctor worthy :p:

i usually avoid goin to the docs. they usually moan that i dont use my inhalers properly (which i dont)
