Do christs require you to have studied further maths?

Depends on the course...

I've now forgotten what you look like so I don't think I'll be saying hello sorry (don't be offended. I generally have to meet someone twice to remember what they look like). I have been smiling at random girls thinking they're you and getting odd looks/nervous smiles in response so I've decided to stop that. Mainly because the freshers seem nervous enough without odd 3rd years smiling at them. Also my friends want to know why I keep smiling at random people. Still, I assume you've found freshers by now so never mind

Hey, just want to know, do you cook yourself often at Christ's? My cooking's usually a bit of a disaster :frown:

I never do. The cooking facilities are poor and I like to grill when I cook (no access to grills here). Some people do though. But hall is a relatively quick and cheap option.

Ah that's good. Everything I make except for cake usually end up smoking. :colondollar:

I prefer to cook others.

I always cooked my own meals. This was probably easier for me than it would be for most people, but while the cooking facilities are limited at best, you should still be able to make something tastier and cheaper (if you don't factor in the time-cost) than you'd get from hall.

:afraid: I won't be going near you if I get in then.
Perhaps I'll try and improve my cooking skills a bit during the next year :colondollar:
I have read that Christ`s give really harsh offers sometimes.
Should I be concerned about that? Is it true? :s-smilie:

That certainly was true before the A* grade was introduced. If the alternative is no offer at all, I'd be thankful.
Finally paid and sent my form today! As long as I don't get autorejected before the interview stage I'll be happy.
BTW I'm Ben, applying for Maths.

Original post by Gémeaux
Yes  I received mine yesterday. And you?

Not yet...

Law  Can't be believe my interview is in just two weeks on Wednesday :s
What have you applied for?

Natural Sciences (Physical)
I also applied for the Nat Sci Physical, I'm getting a tad worried about the lack of response...
Don't worry, I'm applying PPS and I haven't found out yet either.
People with interview invitations: did you get it through email or post?

I wouldn't worry too much. When I applied (about 3 years ago or so), I didn't find out till the end of November: turns out I was one of the last people to be interviewed. It may be that Nat Sci is late this year.
Interview!
