So who's going to Christs? I got an EEE offer (bio, chem and physics) and I have to take 2 AEAs, but they don't ask for certain grades :biggrin:

Yep, I have to get 3 A-levels for medicine or something. I think taking the two AEAs is to compensate. I also have to stay in school until the summer. I'll try to still get As, but it's great there is so little pressure now. Good luck everyone :smile:

I'm sorry, EEE offers? Isn't that just like getting 40% in your exams? Except of course the AEA.

thx ^_^ dont lose hope, my letter was onyl 1 sheet and camein some tiny envelope but they crammed it wiht information, unfortunatel kicky has a much easier offer than me :frown:

Got offer off Christ's Cambridge today with choral scholarship! Woop

Some confusion that my offer is based on 4 A levels, when my UCAS tells them I'm only doing three. They have stated they want A's in Music and History, and A and B (either way round) in Poltiics and English Lang - despite the fact that I dropped English last year. Is this just an error on their part or am I expected to take up my AS level again?!

My music teacher at 6th form said the college would ring tomorrow, what do you all think it means?

yes, but these grades are still achievable, aren't they?

I've just sent an email to the admissions office. Hope they'll answer soon, I can't stand waiting now, when almost everyone else has their letters. If it's a a rejection (and it probably is), then I'm just going to face it

Poor you, you must be in agony waiting like that. Waiting 6 hours in college was bad enough for me.
