AS bio c/w help needed!! pls any1, im really stuck abt wot calculations to do?

ok well my coursework title is: effect of sodium chloride on amylase activity. and i was thinking of calculating the product moment correlation coefficient thingy and regression but my graph is a hyperbolic curve (wich is wot i expected so phew!!) so i cant really calculate these as these r meant 2 b 4 a straight line isnt it?? i just don't know wot would b relevant 2 calculate in my c/w. im thinking of doing error bars but that's about it. any1 know of any statistical test i can do on a curve??

you could try and calculate the area under the graph for say a controlled experiment of the same type then calculate the area under the graph that you have plotted. Compare these and comment on the difference in areas and use this to explain why and the effects.
Don't know if that helps, but thats what I'd do
