Will be right to say: Я учу русский язык в школе. И как я уже сказал, мне нужно будет написать большую статью. I'm not sure the word статья is suitable here. What did you want to say? essay? Then better use рассказ or реферат.
Как жаль with letter ь on the end.
Привет саша! Я думал что когда, you say I study in school you should say Я учу в школе . But when refering to a specific subject you use изучать. Однако мой учитель является очень глупыи человек!

Спасибо,
Витя

Также Саша, If you want you can email me I'll even get icq if this'll help me with my russian as its not good at all If you msn or want my email: [email protected] . As I said (I used article as I did not know the word for essay) but I have to do this huge piece of work for russian, it can be on any topic about russia, I actually chose Alexander II ie his reforms... emancipation of serfs etc...

But it is very difficult to know where to start, I could change it to another topic if needed, like I said it only needs to have some russian relevence to it.

Спасибо болшой и я желаю слушать от того в будущем!
Витя

Hope i got the genetive conjugation of "you" right.. its things like verb conjugations which i suck at!! Also the reason I talk in english is that I do not know the russian keyboard layout well, although much of this I could write in russian, it would have mistakes and secondly finding all the keys would take days!!

Я учусь в школе
means: i'm studing in school

Я учу русский язык(or any other subject) в школе. Use if you want to say what you are studing in there.

I bet I'm a bad teacher...can't explain properly

"Однако мой учитель является очень глупыи человек!"
Say: Однако, мой учитель очень глупый человек Or Однако, у меня глупый учитель.

Its a long story :P ... hopefully I'll cya on icq sometime... but to sum it up my first teacher said that it was "William" in russian, of course its not she lied, but at least its short and easy to spell haha.... When I went to russia (been twice) they write in russian the sound of william уыльиям (ok so thats not correct but its something like that!)

What i tried to say earlier - I hope to hear from you in the future.
Большое спасибо и я желаю слушать от того в будущем!

Видешь как я изучаю!

See how I learn! I think my main problem is that I try and translate english sentances into russian but I should be trying to think in russian... but its pretty tough!
