at the liverpool open day it was about 60% blonde girls.... maybe its just a liverpool thing!

Brum was 50/50ish
Generally so I think.... at UCL the population is apparently 2/3rds women!

Perhaps a few too many people have been watching Legally Blonde.

I can always identify girls from Liverpool on faceparty before I even look at the location, which isn't meant as a bad thing, most of them are pretty; its strange though

I think we need a seasoned law student to give some sort of precise figure on numbers (Kingslaw, Muncrun, anyone?) to give a ratio. I don't think our anecdotal guesses of proportions on open days is very good!

Yes! LOL! Loads of the girls were blonde at the Liverpool open day, I was quite surprised. Which open day did you go on? We had to do mock tutorials urrgghhhh I feared we would have to sit in a circle and say our names and interests, thank god we didnt!

I can't remember...I'll check.. 8th of december last year. I hated the "it's not all ally mcbeal" talk that i didnt bother with the tutorials. If you were there you probably wouldn't have spotted me; it was a day of grave fashion mistakes

At my Oxford Interview there were *alot* of men.

At King's Open Day about 50/50..

Warwick - Slightly more girlies I'd say...

From the open days I've been to etc., I'd say more girls.

(And trust me, I'm the kinda person to notice these things!)

My course is about 2/3rd /60:40ish female, at a guess.

A tutor told us earlier this year the university has to positively discriminate in their admissions process to allow more females into the course, and therefore into the legal profession. I am unsure if this is a decision the Law School took upon itself, but I think it's more likely to have came from the Law Society.

There's my seasoned law student answer if that helps at all !

UCL certainly isn't 2/3 girls, but there probs are slightly more girls than blokes on the course.

Nah, it's not. It's roughly 70% girls, 30% lads.

More false information from the tour guides

I think the balance is slightly in favour of girls at King's.

Either that or they're just louder ::p:
