Im looking to buy some weights because im a lankey so and so. What weights do you think i should get, i have little muscle. I was thinking maybe something like these: -

It's way too little, I'd say go from 5kgs upwards without having to put on ten small weights ^^. In a couple of months you should be at 10kgs

Either one would be good for toning muscle. I would go for the second one as the long bar will give you more options as to what exercises to do. However to put on more muscle quicker, you
need higher weights with lower repatitions. I think for that you'd be much better off at a gym.
