Why do my pores start bleeding when i shave my pubes?

I am female and everytime i re-shave my pubes, the skin starts bleeding :mad:

In order for it not to bleed i ned to wait until the hairs are much longer and i hate that... solutions? Thanks

Are you using a new, clean blade? Do you exfoliate?

Otherwise, there's no real other solutions - most people have to wait a while otherwise it just aggravates hair growth and the pores - hence it bleeding.

aaah no i dont exfoliate.Should i before or after shaving?Which exf. is best? Thank you so much for replying! :biggrin:

Don't shave your pubes. People should be hairy down there ;D

Shaving is really bad :| I bet it's all itchy and sore -- You can't go wrong with a wee bit of immac if your wanting to tidy up down the stairs :smile:

it's hair removal cream...I think it's called Veet now.

Just put it on... wait for about 10 mins and wash it off in the shower (you get a wee scrupal thing to help scrapping it off)

Plus the re-growth of your pubes is better (not as coarse and itchy as shaving)

Thats the stuff you wimmin use on your legs!

You might also have sensitive skin - which when I shave (my beard, before you ask) makes me bleed most of the time. It happens a lot. My advise would be to by a trimmer! Either that, or go for the Mediterranean look!

I cannae blame my man knowledge for not knowing that though! My Gillete 'sensitive' shaving cream barely works as it is!

Well I dallied with Wilkinson for a wee while and that didn't work either. So I'm now using some sort of Greek shaving cream and a Wilkinson razor which has a trimmer (it's awesome).

Don't you lot have the Gilette 'Venus' anyway? Pish name!
