Erm... what he means to say.. is that you've got an eating disorder hun. Usually, when you can't stop eating, it means you will make significant growth over the next month, and that, by the age of about 30, you will be dead. :smile:

Oh I see.

Well it could mean any number of things. Depends how long it's been going on. Try to work out whether you're actually physically hungry or whether it's psychological.

If you eat something and are still hungry afterwards, wait 20 minutes before you carry on eating. Your brain needs time to realise your body's been fed. Or something. Otherwise just try and make sure that what you're eating is good for you. Eat loads of fruit and veg. Breakfast cereal is good too, although I hate it.

If it's still a problem, see a doctor!
