    Can anyone help me please

I was wondering what was the state of law for children's rights in the U.K before the Human Rights act came in to force.

Any cases, opinion, statutes etc will be greatly appreciated
    Thank you

"what was the state of law for children's rights" is just an enormously broad question. You need to narrow it down. The main governing statute was (and is) the Children Act 1989, though there are others.
