Simple question:

are there any areas that always come up in the exams?

so i can revise those in depth if possible as i dont have much time to devote to law.

AS English Legal System?
ADR, Police Powers and Lawyers. But my advice: Learn everything, but pick half to learn in detail and you should at least get a C.
Police Powers and Bail are EASY to learn quickly. I find that they are usually those problem questions (I think they are?). So yeah.

thanks, ill try and learn 4 or so in detail and hope a couple come up ^^

Yeah, I learnt about five in detail (Barristers, Bail, Police Powers, Solicitors and ADR). Only two came up (ADR and Police Powers). I had fortunately learnt a little bit about Magistrates and Adult Sentencing, so I was able to scrape a C grade. =P
