Need a help with a question, I think this is it:

Integrate the following

a) cotx^2

or it could be cot^2x, it's one of them.. pretty sure it's the first, how do you integrate it?

Try using an identity.

You can't integrate \cot x^2, so it's very likely to be \cot^2 x... see the post above for how to do it.

This is in the formula booklet if your doing the edexcel paper.

cot^2x=1/tan^2x isn't it?
