McDonalds welcome meeting?

I had an interview for a part-time position at McDonald's just over a month ago. I have only heard back from them today, and I've had an email inviting me to a welcome meeting.
Does this mean I've definitely got the job?
I never did an OJE as apparently there wasn't time for one at my interview.
What does this welcome meeting entail?
Also, at the interview, I told them the hours that I could work from, but they never asked what time I could work until. I think I saw her write 11pm, although I'm not entirely sure. Anyway, if they did want me working until 11, I'd have no way of getting back, as the buses stop running at 10.45pm, and a taxi would cost around £8. Would they be understanding of this?
And also, how many hours a week would this part time position involve?
If I was to do, say, a six hour shift on both Saturday and Sunday, and four hours on a weekday evening, would this be enough?

Sorry to ramble on!

Best thing is to make sure they know at the welcome meeting what hours you can work until. If you work both days at the weekend and a short shift on a weekday it should be alright but again make sure they know at the meeting! Good luck x

Yes, the welcome meeting definitely means you have the job.
At your welcome meeting you will fill in your availability of what days you can work from and til. Watch some DVD's and fill in forms for your bank stuff etc.
