training for 10km run in may- view to run half marathon this year aswell as perhaps the 3 peaks challenge aswell as to reduce body fat, the only six pack i have right now is in the fridge :-(
sunday- 5.8km road run
monday 5.8km road run
tuesday 4.0km cross trainer
wedsnesday- football match
thursday- 7km treadmill run- done in 37mins
friday 6km- done in 33mins
obviously i'm nearing optimal fitness to complete it, and am now speeding my runs up.
so yeah...thats me.
Good luck, but ideally you want to vary your running a bit.
Do a couple of sessions of HIIT / hillwork every week, it'll do wonders for you.
