seems to be what everyone does.....


im 5ft9/10

just under 12stone


training for 10km run in may- view to run half marathon this year aswell as perhaps the 3 peaks challenge aswell as to reduce body fat, the only six pack i have right now is in the fridge :-(


sunday- 5.8km road run
monday 5.8km road run
tuesday 4.0km cross trainer
wedsnesday- football match
thursday- 7km treadmill run- done in 37mins
friday 6km- done in 33mins


obviously i'm nearing optimal fitness to complete it, and am now speeding my runs up.

so yeah...thats me.

This isn't really a blog unless it's a sport sort of blog and blogs are posted on tsr. But sounds like your pretty healthy. Wish I could be bothered to start training.

Good luck, but ideally you want to vary your running a bit.

Do a couple of sessions of HIIT / hillwork every week, it'll do wonders for you.
