Would you date someone doing another subject to you?

Personally I wouldn't. I would maybe go out with someone studying Physics.

I think it's largely to do with the fact you wouldn't be able to talk to about
the subject you study to someone not studying it or something related.

Plus I kind of think if you don't study the subject I'm studying then you're an idiot. It's sort of like the xkcd subject rated in purity drawing.

And plus you can still understand the basic concepts, and take an interest in what they're studying.

I am a law student with a student nurse as my gf, subject doesnt matter, I have other interests in my life apart from law.

Surely you would have more to talk about, as you would have to explain everything you learnt to do with your subject in greater detail?

And heaven forbid talking about topics which aren't dependant on your subject, like the news, the television, your general opinions?

Err yes? Although to be fair I find arts students particularly interesting as they tend to be a bit mad, unfortunately it's a one way street as I'm generally boring.
