Is a size 36 waist for guys fat?
Juz wondering. I heard that the average is 37, but that includes fat middle aged men.
So for ppl of 18/19 is 36 fat - if so what should a person be?

At the moment I'm about 5'6 and my waist is about 34" and I have to get trousers turned up, sometimes even twice!
When I was shorter everyone thought I was slightly fat but now I've grown upwards a bit people think I've lost weight.
For a guy like me 36" would be fat, but it'd look perfectly normal on a taller person.

36 is fine I think. I used to work on the mens floor of a clothes shop, and I became pretty good at being able to guess mens' trouser sizes. Amazing, no? And because it was a high-fashion place, the sizes only went up to a 38 so all the fatties grumbled and couldn't buy trousers there. So a 36 is certainly fine. Although, it depends on how you're built. If you're three and a half foot tall, then you're probably fat. If you're six foot tall, you're probably not.
