Out of curiosity, are you just another account of Beef_eater?

Because:

1. You appraised him as a "legend"
2. You just edited your post, it was in big bold writing just like the way Beef_eater use
3. In the title " Who Is Buying LSE Clothing?", every word started with a capital, just like "Beef_Eater's Gathered Field Thread 2009 MKII "
4. You just started a pointless and ridicule thread
5. Your account was made earlier today

Of course, I am assuming that you are lying about your offer

EDIT: 6. Oh and you also have the same sense of humour as him, "Or will people start judging us, saying stuff like 'Who does that kid think he is, showing off, because he goes LSE'"

Seriously, noone will think you're showing off, just that you have no dress sense. :/

woooahhhhhhh ......i've never known someone to over-analyze something so much.

sorry but you're wrong.....really wrong....

maybe by reading this thread for so long, I have learned to take on Beef_eater's habits lol...

but seriously if I was lying about my offer, why would I have my name???

Edit: Why is this a pointless thread?

I intend on buying a hoody. I suppose it is showing off to some extent, but that's not why I want to buy one. I'd buy one even if I were to go to some really rubbish university.

Mate, I'm not that serious lol
I was just trying to catch you out if you were him

but ermm, you just edited "i've never known someone to over-analyze something so much.

sorry but your wrong"

Now you just changed to you're, which was the exact same mistake Beef_eater made not long ago

and also, I responded very fast after I saw this thread, so I didn't really "analyse" that much

Don't even want to get involved as I've never heard of the beef burger guy or whatever, but does it really matter if it is him?

ok then I gotta give you credit for 'your' analytical skills but I'm telling now I'm not beef_eater lol......

It would seem weird for beefeater to make another account though.

If I don't get grades to go to my first choice, ill definatly be buying the pink hoodie.

Reply 9

i think the logo on the hoody doesn't look as good as the one on the t shirts, anyone agree?

No it doesn't, this is an internet forum, so expect half-serious sarcasm and attempts of winding-ups

Ok, that was just a hunch :P

and yeah, I probably will buy a hoodie, it will have sendimental value later on

Reply 11

I think the sweater looks the nicest, the hoody reminds me of lonsdale, I don't like lonsdale

Reply 12

It is no more 'showing off' than anyone else buying university clothing, the fact you think it is showing off means you believe because you go to LSE you are of higher value to society than those attending another university, so can show off.

Reply 13

self-denial hehe

Hellooo Beefeater :hugs:

Yeah, it's pretty obvious to everybody with a brain cell or two that you're just Beef_Eater in 'disguise', and not a very convincing one at that. I'm assuming, as this account was registered a day after a round of rejections (and the point at which Beef_Eater stopped posting) that you didn't get in, and are now going to use this new account as an opportunity to continue your very odd obsession with LSE. I would suggest getting over it.

ok ok ok ok right lets get this straight...Some of you may have noticed my disappearance for the last few days and yes I admit I have heard back from LSE now and which is why I haven't posted on here due to my feelings.

I congratulate all offer holders and wish good luck to all the people remaining. I guess today is a big day. I will continue to update my gathered field thread....

Oh one more thing....WANTED High Holborn is not me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For people who thought I would start another account to continue my obsession...???wtf??? That is bloody crazy. It wouldn't be LSE I would need to go but a mental hospital. geez. Although I do realize that he is alot like me in his posts.

I would buy a hoodie, but don't particularly like the ones they have available.

Lmao, thanks for the lesson on internet forums (you can have a biscuit for that) - and sarcasm is hardly getting all excited about who somebody might be.

Maybe it's a north american thing, but wearing university clothing is pretty common. Walking around my campus I would say appx. 2/3 of the people I see are wearing some item of university branded clothing. But to be fair, we have about 10x the selection LSE has. I don't think their choices are all that inspiring. Some of them even look like the things that stalls sell to tourists on the street. I'd rather buy an t-shirt from american apparel, some iron transfer paper, and make my own.

I've bought the navy hoodie, it's nice. As Swayum said, even if I went to a rubbish uni I'd still buy the hoodie - it's just a bit of a novelty. The hoodie I've got has a small coat of arms thing on the front, and the crest on the back - so you'd either have to look very closely, or know that the beaver is associated with LSE to know which uni it's from.
