what do u need the weight loss for - special occasion lose 1 st in week or longer term?
if its quick loss, just fast eating lettuce and drinking water/tea for 3-5 days you'll lose alot
if its longer term, try:
breakfast: 2 slices brown toast with low fat spread OR cereal (weetabix/bran/oats)with skimmed milk and sweeten with either honey or cut banana
porridge made with skimmed milk and sweetened with honey is VERY VERY filling you wont need to eat again for the day! its low cal but is a bit gross and takes a while to make
lunch:light salad-no dressing OR small bowl brown rice OR 2 slices brown bread with thin slice lw fat cheese or lean meat or any white fish dish
dinner:2 course veggie dinner- fruit for dessert make this meal with high carbs. yea ok atkin says carbs are bad. but high protein foods are high cal and high in fat so you'll eat more of them
anytime in the day as much as u like: decaff/fruit teas, water, lettuce/cucumber one apple or any fruit not advocados

btw use stairs not lifts , walk as fast as u can and never use tyhe car. the 5 mile walk is a good idea too
