Advice please

I didn't think that 15 year olds were allowed in pubs.

at least wait till hes 16 and then when you tell your friends your bf is 16 it wont sound as bad as 15

To be honest I don't really care what people think... but I think he may be 16 soon? I was going to ask him but I thought it'd sound a bit obvious

Basically I need help with a guy issue I have. I'm 18 and got with a 15-year-old guy at New Year's, but at the time I didn't know his age (he told me he was 18) and he's really mature. We had a great time, got on really well and had a laugh. We decided over text the next morning that a relationship wouldn't work because we have completely different lives.
Anyway... I saw him again on Valentine's Day, and again we had a great time. I said it would be cool if we could text/keep in contact in between the times we happen to bump into one another, and he agreed. But since then, he hasn't texted back ever (I know, I know, I sound like a needy and pathetic girlfriend! I'm not, honest ) I kind of forgot about him til the other night, when he came into the pub where I work, with a friend. We made smalltalk and he left. The problem is that I really, really like him and it's starting to get me down that he's never in contact. My friends all have different opinions (including one saying that he clearly doesn't like me, and most saying he's just an immature boy) but I need advice! Do I just forget about him (which I'm finding really hard) or do I tell him how I feel?
