Is that the one with the brush?

Lol saw the advert this morning...bet it doesn't work as well as it does on that! The one where you like paint on the whiteness i can imagine going majorally blotchy..but who knows.

One of my gf's pals said to me 'look how white my teeth are!!! :teeth:' but they were actually pretty damn yellow...awkward. Of course I lied, but i doubt any of the stuff you can buy over the counter really works.

yeah, i dont really understand what it is, theres an advert for it on tv atm

Get Crest Strips, nothing else works tbh.

Except professional whittening, which costs moneeeeiesss

Yeah i have the brush thing, it feels like putting nail varnish on your teeth and makes you want to pick it off! However it does make a slight difference, not much though. You can buy those whitening trays on ebay, i have one and they work far better.

One of my friends tried it and it looked really odd, she only used it once and was trying to get it off straight away. I didn't make her teeth look that white and it went on sort of bitty.

Where and how much are Crest Strips? people say that they are quite expensive and Ebay is the way forward but who are reliable suppliers?

I am using crest strips this easter, I have them waiting for me at home :teeth:

I have one of those Pearl Drops things. It doesn't come out even at all, but if you put on 2 coats it does make quite a difference. The white colour looks fake though. Also it really dried up my mouth.

£20-25 on ebay.com (the us version) As long as they have positive feedback then they should be fine. Read the comments people have left about the seller.

They really do a significant difference, search " crest whitestrips" on TSR to hear what people have said.

I have not heard one bad review, the only down side is they do wear down the enamel, but nothing too bad unless you use for more than 2 weeks.

Hope this helps

PS. Use the premium plus ones btw.

Why don't you use the pearl drops whitening toothpolish, if you use it regularly it does make a difference. I've been using it for quite a while now. You can see results within a few weeks. But it's abit annoying having to stand there and brush your teeth with normal toothpaste first, then brush it with whitening toothpolish! It's a bit like shampoo and conditioner to be honest! I'd rather buy 2 in 1.

Anyone tried? I'm thinking of buying, I want white teeth!!

I'm not entirely sure which one you mean, but i have used the original and have started using the hollywood smile but out of all whitening toothpastes i've tried (and i have tried lots) pearl drops is the only one that works.

You don't have to use both, you can just use the toothpolish, it does the same job ,it cleans as well as whitens.

Noooooo don't use it..

I asked my dentist about using it the last time I went and he was like NOOOOO don't ever ever ever use those, because they wear away at the enamel of your teeth and weaken them. The only stuff that kind of works (apart from getting it properly done which is reeeaally expensive) is that Beverly Hills formula stuff or Arm and Hammer toothpaste.
but don't use any of those little kit things, they damage your teeth.

 hope this helped.

woop they're the toothpastes I use - even though arm and hammer tastes absolutely disgusting.

Crest Whitestrips. But it bleaches off a layer of your teeth, so it becomes uber sensitive for a while

I bought this and I didn't think it made much difference at all, not like it looks in the advert. I want whiter teeth so am going to buy Crest Whitestrips when I have spare money!

i used the pearl drops for a while....it did nothing for my teeth. maybe i didnt use it long enough.. :s
but i switched to electric toothbrush and it did make my teeth appear whiter and shinier!

Nice toothpaste to use, but didn't make much difference to my teeth

Beverly Hills formula has a diluted solution of Hydrogen Peroxide in it.
Arm and Hammer uses Baking Soda, which the dental association stresses the long term effects aren't known.
There is no other way to remove stains from teeth apart from bleaching, on a similar solution with a laser. Honestly the only reason dentists say that is because they want to persuade you to buy their product/treatment which will have a higher amount of peroxide in it.
H.Peroxide on its own is borderline safe to be gargled with straight if you use an enamel protect toothpaste, there's no other way.
