BUNAC USA Summer Camp Interview

I was wondering what the interviews are like for the BUNAC programmes?
I have applied to work on their USA Summer Camp Programme and have an interview soon.

I was wondering what it's like? What to wear? If most people get through? etc.

I would reallly appreciate it if you can help.

Check the Camp America 2009 thread, quite a few people have applied through bunac.
General feeling: smart casual interview, its not suit and tie affair.
This year, camp america and ccusa have closed applications early, due to the recession. parents are sending there kids to camp to save money, camps aren't hiring as many people.
I think now bunac are only accepting people with specialisms that are high in demand, (horse riding, pioneering/ropes course, waterfront activities such as sailing, windsurfing, kayaking/canoeing and waterskiing, tennis, landsports, swim teaching and lifeguarding.) (taken from the bunac website) so unless you have any of these skills, then i'm afraid that your chances of acceptance and placement will be very slim, as they will have had people who applied back in november that they are still trying to place.
