I think we are supposed to be laughing at the website.

It may seem laughable to some people, but at least they have found an engaging (not to say somewhat non-PC) way to communicate their ideas. One thing that website is definitely not saying is "DRUGS KIL OMG" so I don't think it fair to poke fun at it.

I still don't agree with the message, though.

A person needs to take drugs to die from them. It is the person that chooses to take them and so it is the persons repsoncibility.

A lot of drugs are natural. Mushrooms, Weed, Opium. Who would you blame for this?
Are you including only illegal drugs in this? Alcohol has killed many many more people than a lot of the illegal drugs. And it is classed as a drug. Or how about prescribtion medication that is used for overdosing or a bad reaction to it occurs.
