at this link there are masses of stats from the January 2002 exams.
For example - a breakdown of percentages at each grade for each different subject - for example you
can see that about 80% of the 951 History candidates got a grade C compared to 53% of the 484 OCR
syllabus A mathematicians.
There is also a breakdown of the percentages at each grade level in each module offered - for
example 42% of the 2914 candidates got a grade A in the Mechanics 1 module (OCR syllabus A) compared
to 31% of the 4481 candidates who did the Stats 1 exam.
The stats on offer are very interesting and worth a look.
