Emotional upset, nervousness, loneliness, boredom, tension, anxiety, bereavement, and depression....any of these? (yes, that was a copy and paste)

...or even pregnancy? :s:

Maybe it's becos of the warm weather. I eat less in the summer. If you're not getting horribly thin, then don't complain

But if you're getting a bit too skinny then eat some chocolate!!

I think Stress is usually the biggest killer of appetite.. unless you have some form of infection or something. Are you more tired than usual?

I can't think of anything in particular. I'm not upset/under any more stress than usual or anything like that, I've just lost all interest in food completely. It's very strange!

Go swimming!

After I go for a swim I always feel hungry. Maybe you'll *magically* get your appetite back.
Hmm...

Well it's a bit worrying since I don't know what's causing it, and I don't want to lose any more weight.

See the doc to get a check-up.

Just MAKE yourself eat, its not that hard, and after a few days you'll be eating normally again.

Alternatively, spend along time outside doing exercise, so go for a 2 hour bike ride, you'll want to eat a horse when you get back.
I spend 6 months a year stuffing my face and 6 months a year hardly touching food, god knows why, as soon as there is some warm weather my (up until then) monstrous appetite just disappears. I guess it would be normal, but you should see the doc and have a good think about anything major that has happened recently or is about to happen, even if it hasn't bothered you.
