Swimming and Walking...enough excercise? watch

    Hey.
    I'm swimming 2 times a week at a pretty fast pace for an hour, i'm nackered by the time i get out and walking 5 times a week for an hour at a fast pace, is this enough to tone up...I want to tone up my whole body, but mostly my stomach area.

    Does anyone know if this is a sufficient amount of excercise to tone up?

    Not to tone up. It should stop you getting fat though.
