Taking into account all BA or BSc degrees, on average, the highest paid is clinical dentistry. The Masters degree which, on average, results in you getting the highest paid job is economics.

I can't quote the source, because I don't remember off the top of my head. However, I can tell you they are correct for figures collected between 1990 and 2000. My old economics teacher at school photocopied an article for us all. I've got the article at home in my economics folder, and will be able to give you the source when I am next there.

I'll get back to you sometime nearer Christmas!

Yeah but it doesn't straight away, as you ave to be trained first. You get into the big earnings a few years after you graduate and have fully qualified or whatever.

yeah but its worth it by the time i'm 30 i'll be living in a cottage in the country with an appartment in central london travelling there in my porsche with a nice £150,000 a year
