Yes, but you have to pay rather a lot.
If your teeth are very bad you can get them done on the NHS. I did and my teeth were fine to look at beforehand, except I had a weird problem, and now they're perfect. You might only be able to get them done on the NHS if you're under 18 when the treatment starts though, I'm not sure.

I hate physical perfection like that. I'd prefer to stick with my slightly crooked ones - they're natural.

my teeth arent that bad, theyre not at an angle or falling out, theyre all straight just a bit spacey (got 1 tooth missing) and not the best colour, my teeth are v small so a brace wudnt fix that, even though i dont want one!!!! Already had one, improved alot but they have moved back slightly

I really want that perfect white smile (like cheesy american actors) lol!!
any 1 tried teeth whitening or had treatment by the dentist?
I have little spaces and dont want a brace and would feel so much more confident if my teeth were nice

Tooth whitening, if you have it done privately, can be quite effective; but I wouldn't recommend home whitening; they don't contain enough hydrogen peroxide to be of any use, and the acids and abrasives can damage the gums and cause ulcers. If your teeth are only merely stained, you might try a whitening toothpaste (one approved by the British Dental Health Foundation).

I have only just had £1500 worth of cosmetic dentistry done (veneers). The NHS is paying the bill
i lov my teeth people say my smile is my best feature

what they secretly dont know is that i had to wear a jawbrace, traintracks, and still wear retainers for 6 yrs now lol

anyway, i want one of my teeth filed down. i tried to do it at home but it hurt me. anyone know where i can have this?

oh yea, try ''rapidwhite' from boots, only £7 for a starter kit, and they refund u if it doesnt work. worked for me!

as for the spaces, prob only veneers will help that

saying all this, my friends ex bf had the all american perect perfect glowing white exactly straght teeth no gaps, all teeth the same length as if they were false teeth. everyone just made fun of his teeth saying do they glow in the dark and calling him chipmunk and toothy. so its not a good thig to have it soo perfect as thim

yes. at a dentist, where everyone advised you to go last time you asked.

im afraid they will laughing at me :frown:

i wanted just to go in to the cosmetic dentist and ask but they'll say ''lets have a chat'' and then talk to me about all expensive stuff i dont like for 4 hours then say thats £1000000000 thank you.
My teeth are fine  Luckily my one dodgy tooth is at the back! They're not white like movie stars, but what can you expect? They're straight & not horribly yellow. That'll do me.
I had my teeth whitened with lasers for that hollywood smile. The technology is called britesmile. I don't know if it's popular outside of the USA, but I think the UK site is http://www.britesmile.co.uk

When I was finished, my teeth were over 10 shades whiter.
