I hate my glasses. Most people don't even know I wear them and think they're new. I'm paranoid about how I look in them so I don't wear them unless I really really cannot see. (technically speaking i'm supposed to wear them all the time 
)
That said, my friends said I should wear them more because they think they suit me and look really nice. However I think they're saying that because they're fed up of being asked "what does that say" all the time.

I wear glasses, I have done my whole life and I can't get contacts because my right eye is so bad. But I don't view myself or my glasses as ugly :/ (Also, my eye does look bigger because, as I said, my right eye is so bad. But my left is nearly perfect vision so that eye looks regular). I'm used to it though - it doesn't get me down.

I tried some Prada frames which I'd love to have! I don't even need them but I thought they looked good!

Some people look better wearing them.
Hmm, not sure. I don't go out in public in my glasses, ever! I'm considering investing in a really nice pair of glasses though so I'll feel more comfortable wearing them.. LEOPARD PRINT ONES OR SOMETHING. Hah. I do think some people can look great in glasses though! Maybe it's something to do with face shape.

i think my eyes look different with glasses, kinda ugly, and i was happy when i got contacts as i looked better, but still sorta ugly in some lights. but i just think glasses are absolutely hideous, and its not the specs its the way they make your eyes look. someone told me i look completely different with glasses. i ddint have super strong lenses which maDE MY EYES look big or anything, i think they made my eyes look smaller. you see yourself completely different with glasses.
now i have contacts i cant bear wearing specs and feel so self conscious in glasses.

its not even about having nice shaped frames, its just the glasses which makes you look horrid.

no way, i love glasses! i don't really need them but sometimes wear mine as they make me look smart and sophisticated... na i def like them.. depends which kind and on who i guess tho.. the guys in glasses ads sure do it for me tho! lol

I feel exactly the same about my glasses. I think of my eyes as being my best feature and so it feels like they hide them.
I don't know if other people would agree with me though.

i hate my glasses i dont ever wear them, and my eyesights pretty bad aswell, think i might get some contacts, but they're so hard to put in

In some cases, yes. But in other cases, they can make you look better.
There is one girl I know who is stunning and I think that's partly down to her choice of glasses, otherwise she would just be a generic fairly-goodlookin girl.
