till i went on the comp for about half an hour last night, i hadnt been on for about 5 days. i woke up feeling dizzy this morning, as if i was drunk, unfortunately i wasnt :frown:

have you eaten anything today? it's highly possible that you're either:

1) really really tired
2) low glucose level = haven't really eaten
3) sick / getting sick

i'm was feeling really dizzy day too...and i was 1 & 2 of the above...and approaching 3 at this rate.

probably you've got to the point where your body is so hungry that you don't feel it anymore. i get that a lot.

I get dizzy spells on periods because my iron levels go dooooooown.

-and sometimes I'd just really hungry / have stood up too fast.
ive just finished my period. theres mumps going round my school at the moment, but ive already had them a long time ago, do you think it could be some sort of virus thing related to them?
