Lie flat on the floor on your tummy, arms bent infront of your head.

Push up on your arms and lift your head, shoulders and chest of the ground looking up toward the ceiling.

Known as "The Cobra" in dance, we use it to warm up our backs, but it'll stretch out all the teensy eensy bits of your back

*Disclaimer ~ D is not a doctor, and please don't break your back upon my advice*

Haha don't worry, I don't think there's any risk of that! I'll give it a shot, thanks!

I get this all the time.

Im constantly driving, thats what i think the problem is.

However every time i play football or go surfing then i get this problem again.

No idea what its all about or how it occured.
have a hot bath - It will help relax the muscles.
