Can your college send extra information to ucas other than reference? Mainly negative

My head of year is threatening to send extra information to ucas saying I am a crap student, can she do this?

She can - UCAS will likely throw it in the bin, they charge over a tenner for sending out 6 copies of your UCAS form they're not going to send things out for your head of year for free...however if she knows your UCAS number and the unis/courses you've applied to she could (and you can if you have any changes of circumstance/extra qualifications etc etc) send information directly to the admissions tutors involved.

Technically I guess they could send it, but UCAS would nt forward it to nay of the unis you apply to, and as they don't have any say in if unis give you a place or not this shouldn't matter. But if she is threanting to send other info in then you should read your reference (legally you are allowed to) to check what has been but that in.
