Well, the debate didn't seem to be much of a debate, it sort of descended into really bizarre points and there was no progression/conclusion as such. My friend was also like ''wtf?''...

Well, it's not really a debate as such. At least not in the same way as debate soc, which has a formal structure and all that jazz.
