1) if you have a 6th form, then ask them, cos they dont need their GCSE books anymore...
2)food? you need to take a test or what? how could you revise?
3)wh smiths sell all of that stuff.... so does borders, books etc. etc.....

You could try WHsmith, or another local store, they sell them for low prices but you can ask your teacher to order some, as they are half of the price then. Also try www.bbc.co.uk/revision thats good too!
Hope i have helped,

Involves more than just "cooking" believe me.
The main topics which tend to crop up are "Market Research", "Designing a Specification", "Meeting a Specification", "Packaging needs", "Manufacturing Processes", "Properties of Food", "Evaluation methods".
You can get 'Letts' (amongst others) guides from WHSmith, Waterstones, Blackwells etc, which will help you out with a vast majority of your subjects.
Also, try and obtain some speciman/past papers.

Food technology is actually quite hard you need to know a lot about vitamins and nutrition, specialist meal planning etc.
Try car boot sales or second hand stores there always tend to be some there. Otherwise try amazon or anyone of the big high street book stores.
