Rootes bathrooms

now i know i know there are loads of accomadation threads but this is a pretty simple question. Iv read loads of peoples threads who have said that there are only a few people to a bathroom at rootes but the website for accomadation says that its like 12-16 (gulp) wats true?

also is there any way of making sure u get into new rootes rather than old rootes it seems sooo much nicer

I think the number to a bathroom depends on whether you are in new/old Rootes or which block you are in.

And no, there is no way of choosing between the two unfortunately!

it is 12-16 to a kitchen. the bathroom description is slightly misleading: there are about 15 people per kitchen, all of whom use the bathroom facilities on the same floor. the facilities are comprised of 8 small rooms dotted along the corridors: 4 toilets, two shower rooms and two bathrooms. it really is not a problem. its pretty rare that someone has to wait, theres usually one available. plus you have a sink in your room if you really have to go somewhere and need a wash.

Nah. i rarely see anyone leave the building.
