FeSO4.xH20
The task is to do a titration and then work out the value of x in front of H20
Could someone tell me how we do this?? My titre was 22.4cm3

Your titre of what? What experiment did you do?

We did a titration, adding 25cm3 of iron(II) sulphate into a conical flask and then adding 20cm3 of sulphuric acid
We titrated this with 0.0100moldm^-3 potassium permanganate
Repeated three times and took the average to get 22.4cm3

With that information you want work out how much FE 2+ you had in the system.
You need to know how much mass of the salt is in the solution.
, and you can find the # of moles of the salt present.
You can now find out the # of moles of the Fes04 with the titre value, find the Mass , and minus it from the intial mass dissolved.
This is the mass of H20 from the salt. Find the # of moles of h20 , and use the ratio of # of moles of Salt : # of moles of H20 and work it out
