Gilbert Murray - this hall has a nice JCR... I'll give it that. A lot of people regard GM as having the best bar and, to be honest, they probably do but I like stamfords. The game room has pool tables, darts and quiz machines... can't remember anything else being in there. The TV room's fairly small but should accommodate. uuuum... room wise I don't know, it all looks quite square from the outside but they have big windows so the rooms must be quite big. PS - a tip for people in bowder - use GM's laundrette cos it's closer and bigger than stamfords!

Edit: if there isnt a topic already, id advise starting a gilbert murray topic as all the other halls have got their own specific topics.

And welcome to the topic . wtf!? wilnecote!? damn ure by me! glad I wont be the only one from over ea! only thing ppl know tamworthians for is the snowdome, if anything.

What date is everyone moving in? I'm gonna ring up and find out if I can come on the 29th cos the monday would be too awkward for a few reasons (and as far as I'm aware they don't allow you to move in on weekends), does this sound reasonable?

cool, well I hope you liked it, I mean on a sunny day walking through the castle grounds you get a great impression of leafy tamworth ... at night it's bares its ugly head. Well it isnt too bad, just a massive unemployment problem. I live on the outskirts anyway so I'm not effected. It's slowly developing with new bars and clubs but still, cant wait to get away! But will miss it though, parts of it.

I've been here most of the summer. I was away in July for some work expereince at home, then I was on holiday for 2 weeks in August. Other than that I've been here in Leicester. I've been working here over the summer. I need everyone back. I'm going stir crazy without everyone. I've seen quite a few people on my course around the city so I'm guessing lots of people are around. Just none of my mates as most of them suck and are living in Nixon.
