I went cold turkey and it was hell for the first few days. Felt annoyed, moody, withdrawn and absolutly gagging for a cig. Ugh. Its better now. I probably only think about smoking 5 times a day now. So yes, it is probably that to be honest. Go eat some junk food. It cheered me up

That'll be it. I got it so badly when I stopped - tears, screaming at people, hysterical laughing... and large revolving cigarettes when I closed my eyes
It gets better about a week in (or did for me anyway). Good luck!

maybe I should get help

No don't, trust me it will get better. Give it 6 or 7 days. What day you on? 4?

I am REALLY badly stressed, but I have a reason. Too much work and no time, and a wedding venue changing their policy on me grrrr.

You're telling me! Stupid smokers, they're everywhere

Chocolate cravings come next.
Or you might start making a cake to take your mind off it, break down half way through and eat the cake mix raw (watch out if it has eggs)...
Food is the answer.

btw soooo worth it when you get through it. You suddenly have so much money!
