Fainting

Earlier i fainted, which was rather odd and has never happened to me before- i went to hospital but i already know the reason why= well i forgot to eat for about 40 hours, and had a heavy weekend on the booze.
Now the top of my arms still ache and feel weird, i've eaten now though- is there any specific food i should be taking to make me feel better?

Probably wise to go for a varied selection of the food groups.

this is why you should drink guinness. It has most of the neccesary food groups nd plenty of calories

i once fainted from eating a hot chip - this when i was about 12.
Other time i fainted in yr5, i was getting a roasting from the headteacher for me and a few friends nicking a football from yr4s and kicking it around without giving it back

Keep your sugar level up. I have a friend who faints regularly as she has low blood sugar. So make sure you're never too hungry.

Yeah its normal to feel a bit unsteady, and its probably not that bad you are just noticing it because you are worried about fainting again.

Why go to hospital if you knew why you fainted? Things like this really annoy me, fainting once isn't significant and there isn't anything the hospital can do anyway, but the fact that you already knew why you fainted means the whole thing was even more of a waste of time.
