Pull a sickie, pull a sickie!!

If I can do it just to stay in bed for a few more hours  , you can do it for your bf!

I would go in and explain the situation and ask if you could get away earlier. I would repect someone who did that.

Everyone has pulled a sickie before though. Just phone in and say you haven't been feeling well all day and to make it sound realistic ask if they want a doctors note (You won't be asked for one unless you've been off for 3 days or more)

Definately pull a sickie.
Say you got food poisining, or have migrane, orrrrr ummm say that you have to go somewhere to meet your great aunt (insert name here) in a huge family reunion, as she just flew in from the other side of the world and is only visiting for one day etc etc etc.

If both of you are serious about each other, then I raise my two hands in support of you seeing him tonight

Although work is important but one shouldn't neglect their other halves because of it.

However, I don't think that you should cheat your employers either. You should be honest with your employers and tell them that you have some urgent personal matters to attend too.

I am sure that if they are reasonable people, they will understand, unless of course, you have been a naughty girl there hehe.. :p:

All the best ~*cheers*~

Take a sickie! :tsr:

You could have caught a bug and thrown up / got a migraine / period pains / anything you think sounds plausible!

It's worth it for one night to see your boy

Have a good night.

I was going to suggest asking them nicely, but if there's no way they'd give you the night off...
Pull a sickie! Definitely worth it. Have a good night!

Yup.. since there is no way they would let you have the night off, then I reckon you do it.

At the very most, compensate for working even harder when your boyfriend is away

I feel that if one can't sacrifice a little bit for their other half now, then in the future it is even going to be harder.

I will definitely appreciate my girlfriend lots and lots if she did this for me

I will be so touched *huggies my baby* hehe..

All the best to you *winks*

Have a Great Day out

and dont forget that if youre back at work tomorrow it might be an idea to play a little on the fact that 'you have been ill'. dont be hideously chirpy no matter how good your night in with your man is or theyll know straight off that you havent been dying of a migraine or whatever your illness of choice is.
all it takes is a little thought and the odd 'oh im really tired', or 'ive just still got a bit of a headache' towards the end of your shift.
(not that im a seasoned sciver, but i work with a lot of them  )
have fun!
